Delicious Bite

Hello world . This is Mona from Syria , Aleppo which is well known for its distinctive cuisine .It’s a mix between the Syrian and Turkish cuisine

I was amazed how most of the Arabic recipes through net that claim to be authentic , are not at all so I have started this blog mainly as a window on my kitchen to have a look at really authentic Arabic and Turkish cuisine . I’m not an expert but cooking is my number one hobby . I have learnt those recipes from my mom ,  grandma and my mother-in-law , I cook them often for my family and our guests . I Also will share recipes that I have tried through net.

Blogging it’s not a new thing to me , I have been blogging since 16 months , but in Arabic . My Arabic site’s domain is “ L2ma “ which means a bite , a delicious bite . I’m very exited to start my English blog , but you have to excuse me if you find out some mistakes here or there . English is not my first language and I only practice my English with my four kids … SORRY and happy cooking
